Thank you for your interest in our Preschool Program
- We are open year round with the school year starting July 31st.
- You may enroll your child whenever there is an opening.
- The program offers options of 2(T/TH), 3(MWF), or 5 days a week, for half (6:30am – 12:00pm) or full (6:30am – 6:00pm) days.
- We accept all children between the ages of 2 and 5+ years old.
The following steps will guide you through our enrollment process
STEP ONE:
Call Celebration Center at (925) 240-KIDS to check program availability and set up a tour of the facility.
STEP TWO:
Complete and print all required state and school forms below.
STEP THREE:
Bring the following forms into the school to complete your enrollment packet.
- Immunizations records (required before child can start)
- Application
- Parent’s Admission Agreement Signature Page
- Tuition Express Enrollment Form
- Identification and Emergency Information Form
- Child’s Pre-admission Health History – Parents Report
- Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment
- Physicians Report (Due back no later that 30 days after start)
- Notification of Parents Rights
- Personal Rights
- Important Information for Parents
- Non-refundable application fee of $100 and $50 registration fee
STEP FOUR:
Once all forms and payment has been turned in, your application will be accepted on a space available basis. You will receive a call to schedule a personal interview with Celebration Center’s Director.
