- We are open year round.
- The program is offered 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), hours 9:30am – 2:30pm.
The following steps will guide you through our enrollment process
STEP ONE:
Call Celebration Center at (925) 240-5437 to check program availability and set up a tour of the facility.
STEP TWO:
Complete Senior Application.
STEP THREE:
Complete and return Caregiver Application Packet, including Non-refundable application fee of $25 and $50 Registration fee.
STEP FOUR:
Once all forms and payment have been turned in, your application will be accepted on a space available basis. You will receive a call to schedule a personal interview with Celebration Center’s Director.
